Getting started

Launch your rocket to earn coins and Z tokens. Upgrade each component, improve your rocket tier, and follow the mission objectives to reach the next world. Find the tutorial and game instructions in Help.

Remove ads, permanently

In the Google Play edition, open Settings and choose Remove ads. Google Play displays the final local price and handles payment. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Pending payments unlock ad removal only after Google Play confirms completion.

Restore a purchase

1. Install Rocket Z from Google Play using the account that made the purchase.
2. Connect to the internet and open the game. Restoration happens automatically.
3. If needed, open Settings and choose Restore purchases.

If you have several Google accounts, check which account installed the app. You do not need a separate Rocket Z account. Previously verified ad removal works offline; a fresh installation needs an online restore. A refunded and revoked purchase no longer grants ad removal once Google Play reports that change.

For payment or refund help, use Google Play’s refund support. Please do not email card details or passwords.

Your saved mission

Progress is saved locally. Updating the app preserves your save. In editions with Cloud save in Settings, connect your Play Games profile from Home to check and sync progress. Conflicting saves require your choice. A queued sync is not a confirmed remote backup; only progress that reaches Google can survive uninstalling or clearing app data. Your Play Games profile may differ from the account used for purchases.

New run keeps your owned colors and starts a new progress revision. Erase all saved data removes progress on this device and pauses cloud save until you connect again. Reset Play Games progress is a separate confirmed action: it replaces gameplay for that profile with a fresh run after syncing; offline requests remain pending and other devices may need a conflict choice. These actions keep purchase ownership and ad privacy choices. A cloud reset does not delete your Google profile or provider records.

Privacy choices

Settings contains a privacy policy link and ad privacy choices when applicable in your region. Rocket Z is intended for players aged 13 and over and does not ask for your age or date of birth. Read the privacy policy.

Report a problem

Tell us your phone model, Android version, Rocket Z version/build, and what happened. A screenshot can help. Avoid sending payment credentials or unnecessary personal information.

Device saves and optional Play Games progress

The app stores game progress and sound/display preferences locally. In configured Play Games editions, Google Play Games Saved Games also stores currencies, upgrades, world and resource progress, robots, cosmetics, tutorial completion, gameplay statistics and completed-flight cadence. Progress includes revision ancestry, reset markers and a save time. Sound and display preferences remain on the device. The app uses your authenticated Play Games player ID to associate saves with your profile and shows your profile name in Settings; it does not put identity tokens, purchase receipts, ad consent or developer access controls into cloud saves. It does not collect or store a new age preference; any legacy age-group preference is ignored. We do not require a Rocket Z account or operate a server that receives your game saves. The app does not request contacts, microphone, camera, or precise location access.

You can erase device progress in Settings; cloud save then pauses until you connect again. A separate confirmed Play Games progress reset replaces the gameplay snapshot with a fresh run and reset marker after syncing. It is not deletion of your Google profile or all Google-held records. Both actions keep purchase and ad privacy preferences. Clearing Android app data or uninstalling removes the app’s local records; it does not erase Google Play’s purchase history.

Advertising

The free Google Play edition uses Google AdMob to show occasional interstitial ads. Google’s advertising SDK may collect or share IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), device or advertising identifiers, app interactions, and diagnostic information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and service operation.

Where required, Google’s User Messaging Platform presents consent choices before ads are requested. You can revisit the available choices through Ad privacy choices in Settings. Denying or changing consent does not prevent gameplay. Depending on your choices and region, ads may be restricted or unavailable.

When the app recognizes an active ad-removal purchase, it does not request ads. Google may retain information collected before that purchase under its own policies. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from apps.

Audience and consent

Rocket Z is intended for players aged 13 and older. The app uses this fixed audience policy without asking for or storing an age group. All players use standard regional Google UMP consent with a General maximum ad-content rating. Google may present consent messages and privacy choices for your region; advertising requests are made only when its consent SDK permits them. The app does not apply a separate under-age-of-consent flag or age-dependent purchase restriction.

Purchases

Google Play processes the optional one-time ad-removal purchase using your Google Play account. We do not receive card details. The app verifies Google Play purchase records and stores a signed purchase record locally so ad removal can work offline. It queries Google Play to restore and reconcile ownership; a new installation requires an online restore.

Google retains transaction and account data under its own policies and applicable requirements. Removing local game data does not cancel a purchase or delete that transaction history.

Support messages

If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you choose to provide. We use it to respond to your request and investigate the issue. We retain support correspondence only as needed for the request, follow-up, and applicable obligations. You can ask us about deletion by emailing the address above.

This website

This site provides game, support, and privacy information. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics. The web server may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses and technical logs, to deliver and protect the website. This page does not set cookies or load external fonts, scripts, analytics, or advertising.

Your choices and rights

You can manage consent through the app, reset local game progress, clear app data in Android settings, and manage your Google account and Play transactions through Google. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal data, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. Contact us for requests relating to information we control; contact Google for information it controls.

Our providers may process information in countries outside your own according to their policies and safeguards. We may update this policy as the app or its services change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
